Your assigned infusion ambassador will contact you 24 hours prior to confirm your appointment and answer any questions. We'll mail or email detailed instructions for pre-medications and hydration, and ask for your preference for a private or community infusion room.
Please arrive fifteen minutes early to complete intake forms. Be sure to bring a list of any medications you are currently taking. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Once checked in, we'll give you a tour of the facility and our amenities.
Relax in a private or community room with gaming systems, enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks, and stay cozy with a heated blanket. Our on-site specialty pharmacists and expert nurses are always available to ensure your safety and comfort.
After your session, you'll have a discharge meeting with your nurse to answer questions and schedule your next visit. We transmit all information to your referring physician and will call you the next day to follow up.
